Vibro-Tile
Vibro-TiLe is a modular anti-vibration rubber tile designed to isolate vibration and shock transmission from mechanical equipment and floating structures. It provides highly effective vibration control for industrial machinery, HVAC equipment, and floating floor applications, while maintaining installation flexibility and long-term durability.
Manufactured from a specially formulated elastomer compound, Vibro-TiLe features an engineered modular structure developed to distribute loads efficiently across a wide support area. Its innovative geometry allows increased elastic deflection under load, significantly improving vibration isolation performance and reducing vibration transfer by up to 85%.
The system is supplied in modular 200 × 200 mm sheets consisting of 16 individual vibration isolation modules. Each module measures 50 × 50 mm with a thickness of 20 mm, allowing the tile to be easily cut and adapted to the specific support layout of each installation.
Vibro-TiLe is widely used beneath compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC systems, and floating technical floors where reliable vibration isolation and prevention of sound bridges are required.
Key Features
- High-performance vibration and shock isolation
- Modular design for flexible load distribution
- Reduces vibration transmission by up to 85%
- Easy to cut and adapt to custom support layouts
- Prevents acoustic bridges, even with mechanical fixings
- Suitable for machinery and floating floor applications
- Can be used in single or multi-layer configurations
- Durable elastomer construction for long-term performance
Applications
- Compressors and HVAC systems
- Air handling units and heat pumps
- Pumps and generator sets
- Industrial machinery and presses
- Floating technical floors
- Mechanical equipment bases
- Vibration-sensitive installations
Technical Data
- Material: Special elastomer vibration isolation compound
- Module size: 50 × 50 mm
- Module thickness: 20 mm
- Sheet size: 200 × 200 mm
- Configuration per sheet: 16 modular tiles (4 × 4 layout)
- Installation: Direct placement under machinery or floor systems
- Fixing options: Integrated openings for M6, M8, and M10 fixings
Installation
Vibro-TiLe pads are installed directly beneath machinery, support frames, or floating floor systems. Due to the high-friction surface design, the pads can often remain stable without mechanical fixing.
Where additional securing is required, specially designed openings allow installation with M6 to M10 bolts without compromising vibration isolation performance or creating sound bridges.
The modular tile configuration allows individual sections to be easily cut and arranged according to load distribution requirements. For higher isolation performance, multiple layers may be combined with intermediate steel plates to improve load distribution and increase deflection.
Important:
- The machine base should cover the full surface area of the Vibro-TiLe support wherever possible.
- Load distribution must remain even across all support points to ensure optimal vibration isolation performance.
Pricing Information
The listed price is for 1 sheet containing 16 modular tiles with total dimensions of 200 × 200 mm.
Each module measures 50 × 50 mm with a thickness of 20 mm and can be separated or combined according to installation requirements.
