At DECIBEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home audio and decor selections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
